You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel our services within 5 days of payment. For cancellations made after this 5-day period, charges will apply based on the working hours already spent on your project. The remaining balance will be credited to your account within 45 days of cancellation.
To cancel any service, please notify us at least 10 days before the start of the next billing cycle. If you cancel after the billing cycle begins, you will be billed for the hours worked during that cycle. Even if you did not fully utilize the service, payment is still required as per the agreed terms. Refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 45 days of cancellation.
If you signed up but did not use our services, payment obligations remain as outlined in our terms. Any applicable refund will be credited back to the account within 45 days of service cancellation.

If a physical product is involved, you may be required to return the item to us. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
Once we receive your request or returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it within days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
